What primary services do you offer?

There is no one specific service that is our "primary". We provide a variety of services and strive to provide quality workmanship.

Do you offer early sales?

No, we do not offer any early sales. What you see in the pictures will be at our estate!

What are the rates of your services?

Rates of service vary please contact us today to find out more.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely, we are always licensed and insured.

Do you offer Military Discounts?

YES, we offer military and law enforcement discounts on all of our labor costs. We also offer educational discounts to teachers.

What are your terms and conditions?

Our terms and conditions vary, please adhere to each advertisement or service agreement for specific details.

What is your service area?

We service all of lower Michigan and southern Florida.
Anything outside 100 miles of Saginaw County, MI may result in additional fees.
Anything outside 150 miles of Lee County, FL may result in additional fees.

Why don't we discuss prices before sales?

Due to the high volume of messages and comments we cannot respond to them all in a timely manner and want to be fair to everyone. So we feel it is best to not discuss pricing until the day of the sale.

How long have you been in business?

We opened our doors in 2015.

What qualifications do you have to provide these services?

Our owner is IICRC certified, InterNACHI certified CPI, OSHA compliant, HAZMAT certified, and has over 10 years of experience in the field. Our team maintains OSHA compliance, is yearly safety briefed, and trained to provide professional services. Our business is BBB accredited and is a IICRC certified firm.

Why does it show your services in Florida?

As of 2022 we now provide service to southern Florida.

Do you subcontract out work?

Anything that is not within the scope of our provided services will be subcontracted out at the clients approval.

Do you have a physical store?

At this time we do not have a physical store or office that is open to the public. You can make an appointment for on site consultations or private appointment at our office by calling us.

Environment First

Maintaining a minimal footprint on the planet is our goal. We maximize what we recycle and repurpose at every job site. This helps keep wastes down and usable items out of the landfill.

The products and cleaners we use meet or exceed EPA standards for safety. Our technicians and contractors are trained on proper environmental procedures.
