I really appreciated the professionalism and the attention to detail that King Residential Services used in the Estate Sale in Birch Run earlier this week, its truly refreshing to see a team of people working so hard to make an estate sale run so smoothly. I see so many companies going to the "pickers special" sales, which in my opinion just means the liquidation company doesn't want to put in the effort, which ultimately costs the estate/family money. Well Done KRS!

Here's the most important thing you need to know about King Residential Services: "YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE YOUR EYES FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY!!!" My friends and I have had a lot of experience with garage sales, moving sales, etc., so we were skeptical about hiring a company when we could do it ourselves, but this time we were completely overwhelmed with the size and scope of the items we had for sale, so we called King. We scoffed when we were given the price (too low) and shook our heads when they told us how long it would take to prep the sale (no way). Then King's crew arrived. We literally just stood back in complete amazement. One small, slight person started by lifting and carrying a shelf the size of a Buick that had taken 3 of us to carry the day before. By the end of the day, their crew had dusted, priced, and merchandised the area to look better than a retail store... By the end of the first day of the actual sale (using their contacts), WE HAD MORE PEOPLE BUYING THINGS THAN WE HAD IN ALL OF OUR PREVIOUS SALES COMBINED!!! Were we ecstatic? YOU BETCHA!!! Would we use them again? We already have... If outstanding service and unparalleled integrity is important to you, you're at the right site with the right people. There are times when you can't say enough, you'll just have to experience it for yourself-

Faced with the overwhelming task of liquidating my parent’s estate and preparing the house for sale I, upon a recommendation, contacted King Residential Services. This as I soon discovered was the best move I could have made. They took care of everything; staging, advertising, conducting the estate sale and cleanup afterward. King Residential is a great family company! I can’t say enough good things about Dee! She is endlessly kind, caring, sensitive, understanding, and fun to work with. I can’t say enough about my experience with King Residential Services. Nick, Dee, Mitch and their team did an excellent job in cleaning, staging and executing my parent’s estate sale. Living out of state, I had to completely entrust them to manage through 60 years of accumulated items in our childhood home. It takes a special kind of person to sort through tons of miscellaneous Barbie doll clothes / accessories and then repackage them neatly in little bags! It was amazing to see the home essentially transformed into a store; complete with display cases and all. Without the King family & their team, there is no way we would have been able to clear out the house and list it for sale in a matter of weeks! They worked extremely hard to make our sale a success and we were very pleased with the results.
